We are seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to provide high levels of executive administrative and operational support to the Chief of Private Funding. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for project coordination and communication across multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

As a clear and confident communicator, you will have the ability to develop relationships with a range of key stakeholders across the organisation, Philanthropic donors and faith based Leaders.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage the Chief’s emails, travel arrangements and calendar to ensure efficient time management and prioritisation.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and conferences, ensuring all priority timelines are met
  • Respond professionally, in a timely fashion to all requests from key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the C-Suite to support the Leadership Team effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring ongoing communications to keep the Chief well briefed and prioritise urgent matters
  • High level of communications both written and verbal with all stakeholders
  • Liaise with the Senior Leadership team, including the WVA Board to ensure seamless coordination and communication

Your skills and experience will include:

To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned Business Administration Manager, preferably with experience in the not for profit space. You will display BA Excellence at all times also thrive in an agile and diverse workforce.

In addition, you will be/have:

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with initiative to solve problems, prioritise workload and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and organisational skills
  • A proactive self-starter and be able to work with minimum supervision and have a hands on approach
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to professionally influence and challenge stakeholder expectations to ensure Chief and business outcomes are achieved
  • Experience working in a fundraising or philanthropy team environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
